Indigenous reciprocity is a living cultural practice grounded in relationship—known as K’é—and carried across many Indigenous communities. It reflects a shared responsibility to give, receive, and care for one another in ways that sustain balance and harmony.
More than an exchange of goods or services, reciprocity is rooted in respect, connection, and accountability. It honors the understanding that our relationships—with one another, with the land, and with all living things—are interconnected. Through this lens, giving and receiving are not separate acts, but part of a continuous cycle that supports the well-being of community, culture, and future generations.
At Hózhó Voices of Healing Center, this principle guides how we build partnerships, share knowledge, and support collective growth.
We are honored to have relationships with individuals and organizations that have similar goals and far reaching impacts, including NDN Collective, Colorado Plateau Foundation, First Nations Development Institute, New Mexico Grown, Kenney Family Foundation, Navajo Technical University, Diné College, Praising Earth, Seeds of Harmony, Spirit Farm, Crownpoint Wellness Center, Crownpoint Indian Health Center, Borrego Pass Elementary School, Navajo Sheep Project, Gadfly Strategies, Studio Balcones, and Diné beʼ iiná.
We invite you to build a K’é relationship with us and walk in Hózhóójí—the Beauty Way—together.
